I home cook and use recipe books for inspiration. This is just some of what I make, I live in the UK so my diet may not be the same, I try to eat high protein, low carb. I avoid rice and pasta but do have some occasionally. I also don’t eat much bread you can see in the photos how much of that I actually eat and I don’t eat it every day.

I cant manage all of this maybe half Poached egg, I don’t really eat the toast. Scampi, tomato with olive oil on toast, beans cheese and sausage, the last one I struggle to eat.
