Teens need hugs too

Especially mine but on their terms of course. I don’t know what triggers anxiety and panic attacks with me or my teen, sometimes it just happens. Last night around 10.30pm I had a tearful, shaking 16year old rush in, jump in my bed and hug me. I held her close and told her I was

My teen is 16 today! I just wanted to share because even though she drives me crazy and makes me insane, I absolutely love her and am so proud of her. I also tell her this don’t worry I don’t keep it to myself.
